TERMS OF SERVICEGENERAL- I have the right to decline the request if I don’t feel comfortable with the theme(s) or if it’s outside the range of my skills.- Commission slots are first come, first serve. You can order up to 3 slots.PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
- All payments are in Euro and made through a Paypal invoice.- I will start working on your commission once full payment has been sent.- Refund is allowed only if I haven’t started on your piece yet, otherwise no refunds will be given.- If a chargeback is filed without reason, you will renounce all the rights to the commissioned artwork and won’t be able to work with me anymore.PROCESS- References must be complete, I will not accept descriptions (this doesn’t apply if I have to design the character).- You can ask for edits and changes during the sketching phase. I will send you another wip to check the colors with you.
After I send you the final work, I won’t edit the piece anymore.- There will be an additional price for major edits.- Your order will be completed within 1-2 months, I will notify you in case of delays. Priority commissions or working with deadlines can be discussed.- Final work will be sent via email or via a downloadable link in png format. There will be no physical shipping.USAGE- Commissions are for your personal use only, which means you can't make a profit using my artwork in any way. This doesn't apply if you have bought commercial rights.- I retain the right to publish the artwork on my platforms and use it in my portfolio, unless otherwise discussed.- Do not use my art for NFT or AI.
